Most items will ship by USPS. Stands ship typically by UPS. Contact us if you need special shipping arrangements.
If your item shows as delivered but you never received it you will need to contact the shipping company directly, in most cases USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and open a claim. Sexswing.com is not responsible for items once delivery conformation has been issued by the shipping company. If your item seems to be stuck in transition let us know and we will address it with the correct department.
We offer flat rate shipping on international orders of $30. Buyers are responsible for their local customs and duties including VAT taxes. These taxes will vary from country to country.

We ship items discretely and lists the swings as fitness swings on the customs documentation. Refunds, unfortunately, are not accepted. This policy is a choice we made in the best interest of our customers. Due to the nature of the product, nobody wants a used swing or even one that was opened but never used. So since we guarantee that we only ship new unused items, we can not accept returns because we never know where they have been. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but when you are buying a swing, we hope you can appreciate that you are getting a new swing that nobody else has used or opened.
