Shipping Questions

The most common questions for shipping involve tracking. A couple of important points to remember

  • Tracking is sent automatically by email and is often blocked by spam filters as a result of the words such as sex being in the email.
  • Some times orders are sent in MULTIPLE BOXES. This is because many of our most popular items are stored at a UPS sort facility for faster deployment. Other items ship from our own warehouse.
